Customer Service & Booking

* First Impressions: Greet every client, confirm service in the private room, and manage the check-in process (ID, waiver).

* Client Education: Ask about past experiences, and use their answers to address expectations regarding shorties and growth cycles.

* The Fresh Follow Up (FF): Understand the FF as a tool for client retention, checking work, and synchronizing hair cycles. It must be booked in the studio 7-10 days after the initial service.
