* Ergonomics: Use the hydraulic table effectively to keep the workspace near the mid-section and maintain hip-to-mold alignment.

* Injury Protocol: Recognize the signs of damage control (sudden, sharp, isolated pain) and the importance of immediate reporting to a manager.
