Studio Speed and Difficult Situations
* Achieving “Spa Speed”: Understand the difference between booked time and sugaring time (e.g., 30 min booking = 20 min sugaring). Tips include continuous sugaring while talking and following the standard protocol.
* Handling Difficult Guests: Use a calm voice, state the challenge without blame, and only offer available options (e.g., for late clients).
* Safety First: Know how to handle a client who won’t stay still, is yelling, or has a sustained erection (“The service will be called”).
* The Add-On: The only answer to an add-on request is “If we have time”.
